- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter is Jurlique International Pty Ltd located at Level 7, 227 Elizabeth St, Sydney 2000 NSW (Promoter).
- This competition is open to all residents of Australia, United States of America and United Kingdom. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years and over.
- The competition commences on 14 November 2025 @ 12AM until 22 November 2025 @ 12AM. All times are Australian Easter Daylight Savings Time (AEDT)

- To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period, Like the Post, Comment and tag 1 friend in the competition post on Jurlique. They must also follow @Jurlique
- Winners will be drawn at random on 24 November 2025 at 1PM AEDT and contacted within 24 hours. This is a game of chance and winners will be selected at random, not selected based on any criteria.
- Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message.
- If the prize is not claimed by 12AM AEDT on 24 January 2026, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at midday on 24 January 2026 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
- If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 12AM on 24 February 2026, the prize will be forfeited.

- The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at:

The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment. - If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
- The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at its sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.

“Gift Card” means a digital or physical card that has prepaid currency loaded onto it to be spent on Jurlique product in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Physical gift cards can be redeemed at Jurlique concepts store in Australia and jurlique.com.au. Digital gift cards are available to purchase at jurlique.com.au and can be redeemed at Jurlique concept stores in Australia and jurlique.com.au. Gift cards can not be redeemed for Farm Tour bookings.
Gift Card values include GST.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or other tender.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all recipient details, including names and email addresses, are entered correctly when placing an order for a digital gift card. Jurlique does not take responsibility for digital gift cards sent to an incorrect email address. Jurlique will not be responsible for any loss of value if the digital gift card is redeemed by an unintended recipient. Gift Cards will expire 36 months from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise. Gift Cards must be redeemed within the validity period.
Expired Gift Cards are not redeemable and unused Gift Card amounts will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card has expired.
If purchase exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
Physical gift cards must be surrendered upon redemption in full.
We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Card for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card.
Gift Cards are treated like cash.
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Gift Card if we believe that an incorrect balance has been added due to a clerical or accounting error.
Jurlique does not accept any responsibility for lost Gift Cards.

By using our Click and Collect service, you agree to place and pay for your order online and collect it from your selected store once notified. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is available for pickup. We recommend collecting your order within 3 days of notification. Please bring your Ready for Collection email (printed or digital) when collecting. If orders not collected within 10 days you will receive an email informing you that your order has been cancelled and we will process your refund. If item availability changes after your order is placed, we’ll offer a full refund. If you need to cancel your order before collection, please contact our Customer Care team. Once collected, our standard return policy applies. We are not liable for delays or missed collections due to circumstances beyond our control.

If this first-time customer makes a purchase at jurlique.com.au using the Jurlique Insider’s unique referral code, then the Jurlique Insider and the first-time customer will each receive a $10 voucher to be used towards a future purchase from jurlique.com.au. The voucher will expire 30 days after offer activation. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or Spa Treatments. If purchases are returned where the voucher was used, then the amount of the voucher will be deducted from any refunds given. Jurlique Insiders are not able to refer themselves using a different email address.
