    Misunderstanding or systemic problem

    I bought a gift card for my daughter-in-law. Having provided her name and email address as the recipient, I expected the voucher to be delivered to her inbox on the same day. Instead it came to me, with no clear indication whether it was the voucher itself or simply an acknowledgement that it had been sent. I found this odd and unsatisfactory. I’m sure my daughter-in-law will enjoy the gift card now that I have been assured that she has received it. I suggest that the company look again at its purchase procedures for gift cards to avoid this ambiguity in the future.

    Always handy for reducing the price of a lovely facial or renewing my products. My gift card was a Mothers Day present from my daughters. They always know that I love a Jurlique gift card.
