2. Use the roller gently above the brow, working from the centre to the temple.
3. Do the same under the eye area gently gliding outwards along the orbital bone to the temple.
4. Next work from the base of the nose across cheeks to the ear.
5. Move down the chin and starting from the middle roll out along the jawline to the ear.
6. To finish roll along the sides of the neck down towards the collar bone on each side.
